Whelp, Fun 39 (hair) had to go some time. The fade has faded into full-grown hair.

I am 39 years old today. Tomorrow I will be 40. Fade out, fade in.

A little update: First sign of normal health and I started running around again, piling too much onto my plate. Granted, the pile was a fraction of what’s usually there but it was still too much to handle this early on in my recovery. My back muscles have been spasming to the point where I could feel them throb, protesting my recent hyperactivity. I was very achey last night so it took me a few hours to fall asleep. I’m exhausted and look haggard. Time to pull back.
